Community Care Worker
As a Community Care Worker, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and well-being.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with personal care needs and dressing

Supporting fluid and nutritional needs
-
Assisting with medication administration
-
Providing companionship and emotional support
-
Helping with daily routines, including shopping, appointments, and leisure activities
-
Light housekeeping duties
-
Promoting client independence
What makes you a good candidate?

Self-motivated, well-organised, and reliable
-
Caring, patient, and sensitive to others' needs
-
Flexible and able to adapt to different situations
-
Competent in meal preparation and medication administration
-
Committed to maintaining our high standards of care
-
A good communicator
-
Possessing a full UK driving licence (preferred, but not essential)
